Social media workshop for musicians at Sonotron Differdange
I’m really looking forward to host this upcoming workshop at Sonotron for musicians who are exploring how to make the most of social media in their artistic journey.
For me, social media has always been a mix of curiosity, research and practice. I’ve worked as a social media manager for a cultural organisation in the past, and after my musical university/conservatory studies I also got a degree in media and communication management, to one day use those skills for my own artistic projects. So now, I’m growing the online presence and reach of my own projects, like “Authentica”, experimenting and staying up to date on developments and tools, and step by step weaving it into my creative practice as a way to connect with audiences.
This workshop will be an in-person chance to do a deep-dive into these subjects, to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore how content creation can become a natural part of our artistic work.
Last year I had the chance to co-host a wonderful session with Milian Steffen (aka Milian Malivuk Music on YouTube), and this year I’ll be joined by Josh Oudendijk (aka Josh Island), who will share insights from his own experience and creative content process.
